    All orders are shipped from Taiwan. Please note that custom or import duties may be levied one the package reaches its destination country. The customer is responsible for all such duties. If you have any further question about these charges, please contact the local customs office.

    We will send you an email with a link to track your order once the package was shipped out from our studio. Feel free to follow the journey of your parcel.

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return (Return Policy) the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase directly.

    An order can only be canceled if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. Any order that has been processed and is in transit is not eligible for cancellation. A return/exchange must be requested once the order has arrived.

    You can update your unshipped orders (shipping address, name of recipient, etc), or if you decide you don’t need an item anymore, please feel free to contact us.

    All genuine JumpFromPaper products are provided with six months warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The 6 months limited warranty period shall commence on the purchase date appearing on your purchase receipt or warranty card.

    This warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse normal wear and tear or theft. Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.

    DIMENSIONS: For all JumpFromPaper bags, the dimensions are as follows: Length x Width x Height, which are indicated in centimeter.

    MATERIAL: Polyester or Tweed and Faux Leather (PU Leather)
    CLEANING: Wash with clean water or brush gently with diluted detergent. Machine wash is not recommended.
