    All orders are shipped from Taiwan. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

    JumpFromPaper has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country; We would advice you to contact your local customs office for further information.

    Delivery dates may vary based on the region of your order. Orders will normally arrive within 10 business days from the date we receive your payment on PayPal. Please note that the delay of delivery may occur due to procedures of customs clearance, weather, area, traffic or any other unpredictable condition.

    If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

    **Please note that the undelivered package would only be held for you for 10 days. If the package has been pending for too long, DHL might ship it back to us. The order will be processed as a return item. In this case, a processing fee and both the delivery and the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

    JumpFromPaper does everything possible to ensure that all of styles and colors are in-stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed on the product info page.

    You can still order these items to reserve your favorite bags, and we’ll ship them to you on the date we listed on the product info page.

    We are currently teamed with DHL. Once it’s delivered, a notification email with tracking number will be issued from DHL. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays, in which case we will email you the new expected delivery date.

    -Merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

    -There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill in the RETURN NOTE and pop it back to us in an economical way.

    -The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

    -All goods will be inspected on return. We try to accept all returns.

    -All original packaging and materials including boxes, tags and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

    *Non-Acceptable returns:

    Worn, damaged, washed, soiled or altered item.

    Final sale and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    1.RETURN POLICY: All Goods returned must be in new condition along with the original packing. Please refer to JumpFromPaper return policy (return policy).

    3.REFUND: Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 14 business days after we receive your return. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

    An order can only be cancelled if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. Any order that has been processed and is in transit is not eligible for cancellation. A return/exchange must be requested once the order has arrived.

    DIMENSIONS: For all JumpFromPaper bags, the dimensions are as follows: Length x Width x Height, which are indicated in centimeter.

    MATERIAL: Polyester or Tweed and Faux Leather (PU Leather)

    CLEANING: Wash with clean water or brush gently with diluted detergent. Machine wash is not recommended.

    All genuine JumpFromPaper products that were manufactured after 15th of September 2014 are provided with six months warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The 6 months limited warranty period shall commence on the purchase date appearing on your purchase receipt or warranty card.

    This warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse normal wear and tear or theft. Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.
