    Yes, we do. Customers around the world are very welcome to our website.

    We ship to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, France, Germany, Netherland, Norway, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and other places. 

    However, due to the delivery and other issues, some regions are not yet available for purchase.

    Due to our custom-sized cardboard boxes, we do not offer the delivery to PO box and APO/FPO/DPO address.

    Depend on your destination, the orders usually will arrive within 10 business days from the date we receive your payment.

    Please note that the delay of delivery may occur due to procedures of customs clearance, weather, area, traffic or any other unpredictable condition. 

    *eCheck: If you pay by eCheck, it will take Paypal an extra 3~5 working days to process your payment.

    Yes, please help us sign for the package.

    If you are not at home, our team will try to contact you to reschedule the delivery. 

    Please note that DHL team will only hold the undelivered package for 7 days.

    After that, the DHL team may ship the undelivered package back to us. 

    The order will be processed as return items.

    In this case, a processing fee and delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

    We will send you an email with the tracking number after your package is shipped out.

    All orders will be shipped from Taiwan. Please note that custom or import duties may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. The customer is responsible for all such duties. If you have any further question about these charges, please contact the local customs office.

    Return & Exchange

    -Items sold by https://www.jumpfrompaper.com/

    -Merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

    -There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill in the RETURN NOTE and pop it back to us in an economical way.

    -The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

    -All goods will be inspected on return. We try to accept all returns.

    -All original packaging and materials including boxes, tags, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

    Product Information & Care

    At JumpFromPaper, we believe in all of our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are. 

    All genuine JumpFromPaper products are provided with six months warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The 6 months limited warranty period commences on the purchase date appearing on your purchase receipt or warranty card.

    This warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse normal wear and tear or theft. Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.

    Please noted that JumpFromPaper limited warranty details in the official website FAQ sections are subject to change without notice from time to time.

    Our cartoon backpacks are all triangular-structured, which means they have enough spaces for MacBook 13", A4 book, phone and water bottle.

    However, due to the unique 2D design, please do not keep too many items in them.

    Machine wash is not recommended. 

    Dry clean or ask a professional to clean.

    After purchase your bag, please store it in the original box. 

    Also, please store the box in a cool dry place. 

    We do not provide customized product service at the moment. 

    However, our monochrome graffiti collection allows you to design your own bag.
