We are sorry to tell that we are unable to deliver orders to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery dates may vary based on the region of your order. Orders will normally arrive within 10 business days from the date we receive your payment on PayPal. Please note that the delay of delivery may occur due to procedures of customs clearance, weather, area, traffic or any other unpredictable condition. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will contact you to arrange another attempt.
*eCheck: If you choose eCheck as your paying method, it will take an extra 3~5 working day for PayPal to process the payment.
Please note that the undelivered package would only be held for you for 1 week. If the package has been pending for too long, FedEx might ship it back to us. The order will be processed as return items. In this case, a processing fee and both the delivery and the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
The customs tariff is not included in the shipping fees. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The customer is responsible for all such duties.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the shopping cart when the destination is selected. All of our orders are shipped through FedEx. However, if FedEx is unable to deliver to your location we will endeavor to use an alternate courier that are able to ship to your location. Please note this may affect delivery time and tracking.
Yes, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
