What is JumpFromPaper Return Policy?

-Items sold by https://www.jumpfrompaper.com/

-Merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

-There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill in the RETURN NOTE and pop it back to us in an economical way.

-The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

-All goods will be inspected on return. We try to accept all returns.

-All original packaging and materials including boxes, tags, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Non-Acceptable returns: Worn, damaged, washed, soiled or altered item. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return items?

At JumpfromPaper, we understand that customers value flexibility when shopping online. As a result, we offer a no-questions-asked return and exchange service for all of our products. To initiate a return or exchange, simply prepare a note that includes your order number, a list of items to be returned, your contact information, reason for refund, and any product recommendations. Send this note to our customer service team to confirm the return or exchange and to initiate the process.

When shipping the goods to us, we recommend using express shipping services that can transport items across borders. Once we receive the goods, we will process the refund payment to you promptly. If there are any issues on our end that caused your dissatisfaction, we will bear all associated costs of the return and exchange process, including express delivery and taxes.

What can I do if I receive a faulty item?

We are extremely sorry for our mistake. Please let us know as soon as you discover a fault, send us an email to CustomerService@jumpfrompaper.com  with:

  1. The order number
  2. Pictures of your faulty item 

We'll get back to you soon and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

What is JumpFromPaper Exchange Policy?

-Items sold by https://www.jumpfrompaper.com/

-Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

-Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and the original packaging. 

-Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. 

-The shipping costs of your order are not refundable.
