Term & Condition
1. General
1.1. The JFP Membership Program ("Program") is offered by JumpFromPaper ("JFP") and is open to individuals who register with a valid email address.
1.2. By enrolling, members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. JFP reserves the right to update or discontinue the Program, including its tiers, rewards, or benefits, at any time without prior notice.
2. Membership Enrollment & Tiers
2.1. Membership is free and begins automatically when you sign up or place your first order.
2.2. Membership tiers are based solely on the total number of points earned within the same calendar year. Members earn 1 point for every USD $1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, and discounts).
2.3. Tier levels: Earn 1 point for every USD $1 spent within the same calendar year
2.4. Tier status is valid for the calendar year in which it is earned and will expire on December 31 of that year. If the required points are not earned again in the following year, the tier status may be downgraded.
3. Points & Redemption
3.1. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent (after discounts, excluding taxes & shipping).
3.2. Points are credited once your order is fulfilled.
3.3. Points can only be redeemed within designated redemption windows. Unused points within each redemption cycle will no longer be eligible for use once the cycle ends.
3.5. Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and will expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which they are earned.
4. Misuse & Termination
4.1. JFP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4.2. Upon termination, all perks, points, and rewards will be forfeited.
5. Other Conditions
5.1. Rewards and benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
5.2. JFP is not responsible for lost, expired, or stolen vouchers.
5.3. In the event of disputes, JFP’s decision is final and binding.
