• 1.2 Delayed Delivery: Products that did not arrive within 30 days are eligible for a full refund without any returns.
• - US orders are typically delivered within 5-10 days and up to 18 days if shipped from the APAC region.
• - For other countries and territories, the estimated delivery time is 10-15 days and up to 30 days if shipped from the APAC region.

• 1.3 Wrongly Sent Products: Products that were incorrectly sent are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

• 1.4 Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during transit may qualify for a refund or replacement with the correct item.

2. Non-Eligible Refund

• 2.1 Change of Mind: Products that have already been shipped out cannot be refunded or returned.

• 2.2 Unconditional Refund: Refund without specific reasons are not applicable.
